"The Archivist No. 1" Original Painting

"The Archivist" was created in 2023 on a 48" x 24" stretched canvas using acrylic paint. This painting features a woman in a red trench coat, thoughtfully gazing at a gallery wall filled with other paintings. I created this at the end of 2023 to celebrate some of my favorite artistic creations of that year, as the paintings on the wall depict actual works I had made. It serves as a visual summary of my accomplishments that year and remains one of my most challenging and rewarding pieces of artwork to date. I aspire to create updated versions of this concept, incorporating my newer pieces.
