"Aligned" Original Painting

"Aligned" was created in 2023 on an 11" x 17" canvas panel using acrylic paint. Originally titled "Star-Crossed," this piece depicts two skeletons lovingly embracing and gazing at each other. I created this while navigating the complex emotions of a breakup, a time when it felt like we just couldn't find a way to align with each other.
