Picking up where "Light Bulb No. 1" left off, this piece continues my quiet fascination with giving everyday objects a bit of an eerie, mysterious vibe. "Light Bulb No. 2," painted with acrylics on an 11"x17" canvas panel and finished in July 2025, explores how a simple light bulb, something meant to illuminate, can take on a whole new presence when you lean into the shadows and the unknown. This painting was a chance to revisit that concept and see where the inspiration would lead me next.
